This pre-order phase brings us one step closer to getting the highly anticipated Samsung SUR40 for Microsoft Surface into the hands of our customers. The Samsung SUR40 delivers a unique interactive experience that will significantly change the way companies engage with their customers.
The two companies have teamed up in the past for cloud computing initiatives. Roughly a year-and-a-half ago HP was revealed as one of the inaugural partners for Microsoft’s Windows Azure platform appliance, a private cloud box with public cloud attributes. The agreement would have Windows Azure platforms hosted in HP data centers. To date, that partnership hasn’t come to fruition.
Specialized devices today may often operate in open environments where potential hackers can gain access to enterprise infrastructure. Security at the device level, and with the device’s exposure to the enterprise systems, becomes an IT security concern.
In two of the largest IT deals in the East African banking sector to date, the Co-operative Bank of Kenya and the National Bank of Kenya have signed multi-million dollar agreements with IBM to support their aggressive expansion strategies and increase profitability.
