Under the VA T4 multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, worth up to $12 billion, HP will compete for task orders to provide advanced technology solutions across multiple functional areas. The contract has a five-year base period and serves as a centralized source for the VA to buy a wide range of IT services.
Today’s announcement is an extension of the Shape the Future program, unveiled last week at the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting. The program aims to provide 1 million students from low-income families in the United States with the benefits of software, hardware and broadband Internet service over the next three years.
The University will foster the assimilation of high-level competencies and expertise by its doctoral students and researchers, to support efforts designed to tackle issues that have a high social and economic impact for Latin America. For example, BNP Paribas can manage up to 40 million transactions per day for retail banking in France alone.
